PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
STEP 1: EXAMINING AND CLASSIFYING
Waste sludge is checked for components such as moisture, pH and nutritional components and classified at source before being treated.
STEP 2: FILTERING AND RECYCLING
Waste sludge is divided into three forms to treat: organic sludge in solid form, organic sludge in liquid form and organic sludge mixed with inorganic components. Each type of sludge has different humidity and will be treated differently.
STEP 3: COMPOSTING
After water is separated (for liquid sludge) and impurities is separated, the sludge is put into the mixing stage before incubation.
STEP 4: INCUBATING AND DRYING
The mixed sludge to ensure moisture and components is incubated anaerobic, the incubation time is about 2 months. Then the sludge is transferred to the drying room, dehumidifying. When the moisture of the sludge is 35-40%, the ingredients will be mixed.
STEP 5: CHECKING PRODUCTS
After drying, dehumidification, sludge is checked for nutritional ingredients and transferred to the finished product warehouse as raw material for fertilizer production.
Our fertilizers are produced on a highly automated technology line. All sludge is examined at the source and the incubation process is strictly controlled. The fertilizer humidity is guaranteed before going to the next stage.

- Ensuring that all zenlulose and trichoderma in sludge are fully resolved thanks to microorganisms in the incubation process such as trichoderma sp, bacillus,…
- High uniformity from color, size to humidity.
- Fertilizer humidity is about 25-30%, making sure neither odor nor pollution affecting the environment and the user.
- This moisture is very favorable for the proliferation of microorganisms.
- Does not contain chemical colors.
